Taxpayers who want to send and receive e-Invoices;
    On the e-invoice application, create a user account of their own.
    In order to benefit from the e-invoice application, it must apply to the Revenue Administration in writing.
    In case the application is found appropriate; o Financial Seal Certificate should be obtained for legal persons, o It is sufficient to have your e-signature for natural persons. (Natural persons may sign their bills with the financial seal if they wish).

e-Invoice Portal Solution provides general usage of the basic functions of e-Invoice application over internet. It allows you to send and receive e-Invoices manually through the e-Invoice portal offered by GIB.

In e-Invoice, only e-Invoice can be sent and received to registered users.
e-Archive ensures that the invoices issued to companies and consumers outside the scope of e-Invoice are issued electronically and the second copy is maintained and presented electronically.
 In e-Invoice, the invoice is delivered to the recipient in electronic form and the paper cannot be printed. In the e-Archive, the invoice can be sent both in electronic and paper output.
While the format of UBL-TR is mandatory in e-Invoice, the desired format can be used in e-Archive.
In e-Archive, documents are approved and stored with financial seal and time stamp, and there is no time stamp in e-Invoice.
Each invoice sent in the e-Invoice is first forwarded to the IOP, and in the e-Archive the IOP is only informed by a report at the end of the month.
e-Invoice uses GIB Portal, Integration, Custom Integrator methods. e-Archive users can use the Special Integrator or their own data processing systems with approval.

e-Invoice application allows e-Invoice to be sent and received among e-Invoice taxpayers. You should issue paper invoices or e-Archive invoices according to the general provisions to your customers who are not e-Invoice Payers.

The appeal mechanism in paper invoices can be applied to the e-Invoice to the extent permitted by the legislation. There are two kinds of e-Invoice as basic invoice and commercial invoice. While the commercial invoice offers the option of accepting and rejecting for 7 days, objections to the basic invoice must be made through external means, not through the system.

The obligation of the taxpayers registered to the e-Invoice to send their export invoices and tax-free invoices as e-Invoices was initiated on 01.07.2017

According to the Tax Procedure Law, the invoice must be issued within 7 days of the delivery of goods or service. However, technically, a past invoice is not prevented.
