Alke Construction

ALKE was founded in 1955 by Hazım Alakavuk, Civil Engineer and Ayhan Kemaloğlu, Civil Engineer in Antalya. Between the years 1955-1960, mostly buildings, irrigation works, bridges, ALKE undertook large-scale irrigation works, building and bridge works between 1960-1970. The 1970s marked the beginning of his experience and the alchemy of specialized areas, certain issues has become one of Turkey's leading companies.

Today, ALKE is an important international construction company that has undertaken important projects in many different countries such as Kazakhstan, Oman, Russia, Romania, Ghana and Maldives. Among the most recently completed projects are the Melen Drinking Water Project (the first transcontinental underwater tunnel in the world), Ambarlı Wastewater Treatment Plant (Europe's largest wastewater treatment plant) and Astana Olympic Stadium.
